WREN Client Pension Reviews came about as a result of reviewing our neighbor's son's NC TSERS Pension and the investment options available to him.
We found out that after 30 years of service, with a Masters in Education and National Board certification, he would retire with less than 60% of his current salary, leaving him with a sizable Income Gap! In addition, his 403(b) and 457(b) investment options, chosen by the district, were very limited and subject to market fluctuations!
While there was little we could do for our neighbor's son's pension, we were able to move his retirement savings into plans offering Guaranteed Lifetime Income. In fifteen years, when he's 65, he'll have over $100,00 guaranteed annual income from Social Security, his pension and his retirement plans!
At that point, we realized we could better the retirement lives of thousands of teachers and State employees! The rest is history.....
